Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Australia. International shipping options may be available in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Posting days are every Monday and Friday. 

How are cards packaged for shipping?

All cards are carefully packaged in protective sleeves, toploaders, and bubble mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. High-value cards receive additional protection and tracking.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, all orders include tracking information. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.


Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are products that haven't been released yet. When you pre-order, you're reserving your item at the current price. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase, and the item will ship as soon as it's released and arrives at our store.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order items will ship as soon as they're released and we receive stock from our suppliers. Estimated release dates are listed on each product page, but dates may change due to manufacturer delays.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we reserve inventory specifically for your order. Please be certain before completing your pre-order purchase.

Card Conditions

What do your condition grades mean?

We grade cards honestly and conservatively:


Near Mint (NM): Card appears unplayed with minimal to no wear


Lightly Played (LP): Minor edge wear or light scratches


Moderately Played (MP): Noticeable wear, whitening on edges, or surface scratches


Heavily Played (HP): Significant wear, creases, or damage
Graded slabs are sold as-is in their professionally graded condition.

Are sealed products guaranteed?

Yes, all sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, blister packs) are guaranteed factory sealed and unopened. We do not weigh or tamper with any sealed products.
